At AURASORA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple refund and returns policy. Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth return and refund process.
1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
- The item must not be on the list of non-returnable items (e.g., custom-made or perishable products).
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all original tags and accessories.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. Please note that it may take a few extra days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order on our website. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product.
5. Non-Returnable Items
